You have three different experiences to choose from:
- Kneading and making of delicious, traditional, local biscuits + Tasting of typical biscuits
- Modica chocolate manipulation and making + Modica chocolate tasting
- Tasting of Modica chocolate and typical, traditional Modica biscuits.
In the confectionary workshop, you shall breathe the typical scents and aromas of the ancient tradition. The stocks of cocoa used to make chocolate and pastry come from an eco-friendly market. Thanks to the cold-working process the typical Modica chocolate acquires a unique, inimitable flavour.
